Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • in original packaging

  • returned with all tags, accessories, and included materials

Used gear cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, damage, or missing parts not caused by us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • sale items

  • final sale items

  • gift cards

  • used items

  • opened or used health, beauty, toiletry, or personal care products

  • any item marked non-returnable on the product page

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work to resolve it.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
